Join us for an in-depth exploration of one of Pilates’ most versatile and often underutilized apparatuses—the Baby Arm Chair.

Designed for Pilates teachers and dedicated movement professionals, this workshop expands your understanding and repertoire through more advanced exercises, positions, and variations within the Pilates method. Together, we’ll explore how the Baby Arm Chair can refine movement quality, deepen body awareness, and challenge strength and control in new ways.

Private Sessions Available Immediately Following the Workshop

A limited number of private sessions with Levi will be available after the workshop. Advance booking is recommended.

ABOUT LEVI NORDQUIST

A passionate teacher and perpetual student, Levi Nordquist has been immersed in movement since beginning his Pilates journey in 2010. He completed his comprehensive Pilates training with Dorothee VandeWalle, graduated from the PPATT™️ Advanced Program in 2019, and recently earned certification as a Structural Medicine Specialist after completing a four-year course at the Institute of Structural Medicine.

Levi’s authentic curiosity has led him to study and integrate multiple disciplines including Pilates, yoga, hand balancing, strength training, martial arts, and beyond. His approach combines anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles to help students and teachers understand not only what to do, but why.

Known for making complex concepts approachable and practical, Levi empowers movers and teachers to build more intelligent, confident, and effective movement practices.
