All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and inform you when it will become available again. You may then choose to cancel that part of your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is only formed when we email you to confirm that your goods have been dispatched. Only items listed in that dispatch confirmation are included in the contract.

10. Discount Codes

11. Gift Vouchers

We accept no responsibility for lost or deleted gift vouchers. Electronic gift vouchers are sent after payment is received — please ensure the recipient’s email address is correct.
We cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than the intended recipient or if it is blocked by spam filters, firewalls, or other issues outside our control.

12. Delivery

Prices exclude shipping and packaging fees, which are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if received before 12 p.m. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure you or an authorized person is available to sign.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, and your parcel is returned to us, you will be charged the costs of both shipment and return. Refunds will be issued after deduction of these costs.

In rare cases where your parcel is lost, please note that couriers generally consider a package lost only after 21 days from dispatch. We can resend the order only after this period.

13. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of purchase. To exercise this right, email bodymindpilatestraining@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from your notice of cancellation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods were defective. Returned items must be in their original condition.

14. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by any free gifts or samples received.

If any included samples or gifts are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their value from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days unless they are defective or damaged.
